Refund policy

Twinkle Cakery offers a full refund for order cancellations made at least 48 hours before the intended delivery date/time slot for Normal/Standard Cakes. For Custom Design Cakes, only 50% of the payment will be refunded regardless of cancellation timing. Customers may also report quality issues within 3 hours of delivery for potential returns/refunds (applicable to all cake types).

Cancellation:
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before the intended delivery date/time slot. 
If you cancel within this timeframe, you'll receive a full refund/credit reversal to your bank account.

For order less than 48 hours and on-demand orders, cancellations are not always possible, but Twinkle Cakery will try to accommodate if possible. 

Returns and Refunds (for issues with the order):
You need to report any issues within 3 hours of delivery. 
Provide your order number, pictures of the defective product, and reasons for the return or refund. 
The products should remain in the same condition as delivered. 

Twinkle Cakery may also cancel your order if:
The delivery location is too remote or unreachable. 
The courier service is impacted by circumstances outside of Twinkle Cakery's control
