1. Ordering & Customisation

Q: How do I order a custom cake?

A: Share your theme, size, and flavor preferences via WhatsApp (+60 12-822 1337) or our Facebook(twinklecakery) Or Instagram (twinklecakery7). We’ll create a hand-drawn design for your approval before baking!

Q: Can I send a photo for inspiration?

A: Absolutely! Send us reference images, and our designers will craft a unique version tailored to your vision.

Q: How far in advance should I order?

A: We require minimum 3-5 days’ notice (depend on the complexity of the design) for all orders to ensure freshness. For weddings or large events, we recommend booking 2 weeks in advance.

 



2. Delivery & Pickup

Q: Which areas do you deliver to?
A: We deliver across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (Klang Valley). including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya and Shah Alam. FREE delivery for orders above RM350!

Including these popular areas:

  • Kuala Kumpur: KLCC, Bangsar, Cheras, Ampang, Mont Kiara and etc
  • Petaling Jaya: SS2, Damansara Utama, Bandar Utama, Taman Paramount and etc
  • Subang/Sunway: Subang Jaya, USJ, Sunway Pyramid Area and etc 
  • Other Areas: Shah Alam, Puchong, Klang, Setia Alam, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and etc

 

Q: Can I pick up my cake instead?
A: Yes! Collect your cake from our Cyberjaya kitchen. Feel free to choose your pickup time.

 

Q: Do you offer express delivery?
A: No. All cakes are freshly made to order, so we require 3 days to ensure quality.

 



3. Pricing & Payments

Q: Are your cakes affordable?

A: Yes! Our prices are lower than market rates without compromising on quality.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept bank transfers or Touch n Go. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.

 

Q: What’s your refund policy?

A: Refunds are only issued if the cake differs significantly from the approved design. View our refund policy.

 



4. Design & Revisions

Q: Do you offer free design consultations?

A: Yes! We provide FREE hand-drawn sketches until you’re satisfied. No payment is needed until the design is finalized.

 

Q: Can I request changes to the design?

A: Yes! Revisions are allowed during the sketching phase. Once baking begins, changes may incur a fee.

 



5. Ingredients & Quality

Q: Are your ingredients halal?

A: We’re not halal-certified. Some of our products contain alcohol.

 

Q: Do you offer vegan/gluten-free cakes?

A: Not currently. Our focus is on fresh, traditional recipes loved by all ages.

 

Q: Can I request less sugar in my cake?
A: Absolutely! We adjust sweetness levels to your preference during the customization process.

Q: Do you use artificial sweeteners?

A: No. We reduce sugar naturally while maintaining rich flavor. Low sugar option are available for all of our cakes.

 



6. B2B (Cafe Supply)

Q: What’s the minimum order for bulk supplies?

A: We offer FREE delivery for cafes on orders above RM400. Contact us for custom pricing and flavor options!

 

Q: How often can you deliver to my cafe?

A: We deliver weekly or bi-weekly. Schedule a call (+6012-8221337) to discuss your needs.

 



7. Trust & Safety

Q: Are your cakes safe for children/allergies?

A: Our cakes contain dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and gluten. For severe allergies, we recommend against ordering due to shared kitchen equipment.
